Character
Creation Guidelines
Race Use
any of the regular Barsaive character races- Human, Dwarf, Elf, Ork, T’skrang,
Obsidiman, Troll or Windlings. Any of the following races will require prior
approval. Tiefling, Aasimar, Genasi, Halflings, Gnomes, Elf and Dwarf Variants,
Githyanki, Githzerai. Other races will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Attributes This
system will be used instead of the regular 4d6 system in all cases with no
exceptions for player characters. Using this system, each player receives 66
points with which to purchase his character's Attributes. The cost for each
Attribute Value appears below. No character may begin the game with a starting
Attribute Value lower than 3 or higher than 18 before racial modifications. All
Stats must be at least 1 after racial modifications except Intelligence, which
must be at least 3 after modification. If you have leftover points 1 Point Stats
= 2 points Skills, 3 Points Stats = A Feat. ATTRIBUTE

core except Wizard. Psionic classes may be taken by Orks and the Gith only. Specialty Classes All Specialty classes will be decided on a
case-by-case basis. Equipment Characters will have the level equivalent of
items as per the DMG table 5-1 page 145. Characters may not purchase magical
items without prior approval of the GM. Skills and Feats and Spells All PH skills and feats and spells are allowed
as well as Sword and Fist, Defenders of the faith, and Tome and Blood with the
addition of any skills or feats added on the web page. Any others will be dealt
with on a case-by-case basis.
