What Time is it?

Bells are used to mark the time in Cauldron. There is a large iron bell at the guard post by the lake that is in charge of keeping the bells. Each other guard station has a smaller bell and all chime in to acknowledge and ensure that each area hears the bell. Visitors to the city often comment on how disruptive the bells are, especially at night. For the locals they only seem to register when they want to know what time it is.
